Medical Schools know that all applicants who can get past the initial screening, will have the best grades, which is why admissions tutors are looking to identify your personality and the fact that you understand what it takes to not only digest facts and figures but demonstrate skills such as empathy, quick thinking, high standards of ethics, reasoning and teamwork.
We recommend that you use a desktop computer, laptop or large tablet when enrolled onto the course. Using a mobile devise is possible, but you may find some of the activities hard to complete.

Frequently Asked Questions
Each university will have specific entry requirements, but in general you need to have very high grades as a starting point. All applicants will usually have extremely high grades, which is why your application needs to stand out. Admissions tutors will look to see how you present yourself in your application as they will expect you to have or usually exceed the required grades. Our course prepares you to present yourself in the best way.
This is a tough question, which is covered in detail in our 2nd module. Each university has its own merits, the curriculum it teaches, the support it offers, the location etc. Our experts have pulled together years of insights in preparing the module, so that you can make the right choice.
In the UK, most universities will expect you to apply through UCAS, however there are some universities that will accept direct applications. You will also need to take an entrance exam for many universities.
Usually, the process follows an application and interview, resulting in a conditional offer (if you are waiting for your final results).
Very important. Our course helps you understand the application and admissions process which in turn, helps you prepare your ‘story’. This brings together many aspects of your life so far, including your personality and extracurricular activities.
We go through this step by step and help you draft your personal statement. Our course deconstructs the purpose of the statement and the common mistakes applicants make. Once you start our course, we build your understanding in easy steps so that your personal statement is authentic and a stand-out one.
These can be useful, but not always essential.
In the UK, most universities will have closed the application window in line with the UCAs dates. However, some universities will accept applications beyond that. Remember, medicine is a very competitive course and there are many students competing for each place. The sooner you can apply, the better.
Medical School tuition fees in the UK are standardised for home (domestic) students. For international students they can range between £38,000 – £50,000 per year.
Most UK medical schools will not offer scholarships at entry. However, there may be scholarships that you can apply for during your course. This will very much depend on university to university and year to year.
Most universities will offer a traditional curriculum, but many newer schools are offering modern ones. It is always worth investigating this on university websites.
Heavy. As a medical student you will working much harder than peers on other courses. This is due to very tough standard the General Medical Council sets for medical schools and the sheer volume of material students needs to learn. When you start spending more time in clinical settings, your ability to manage your time will be very important.
Complete our course! We offer a very detailed module on this. Our doctors and recruitment specialists have insights into how schools conduct interviews and we understand that this is not something you can memorise. You need to understand what tutors are looking for to succeed in these interviews.
Medical students in the UK enjoy 100% employability rates, due to the NHS being the key deliverer of healthcare. We also have a shortage of doctors in the UK, which means junior doctors are in high demand. Doctors can enjoy a very lucrative career in the UK, but also a demanding one. In the end it’s your passion for medicine that will matter as that will help you to climb the career ladder.
We offer a course that enables students to change the way they think about their application. Our course is not designed as a ‘last minute’ cramming course. We don’t offer or encourage students to memorise stock answers or scenarios. Rather we offer a structured approach based on sound knowledge and insights.
