Our mission is to help international & UK domestic students, aspiring to become doctors or any other healthcare professional, to fully understand what universities are looking for, what the curriculum demands and future professionals need to look like.
Our insights and knowledge into the university admissions process and the world of healthcare means that we can prepare you, not just to complete an application or tackle an interview but start to think in a way that will help you through your chosen programme and benefit you in the lifelong learning environment of healthcare.
Being strategic
Our philosophy is to engage students at least 18 months before they apply to medical school, as we believe they need to understand how to think about their application in a strategic way. Securing a place at medical school is extremely tough as competition is very high and places are usually very limited. Students need to have insights into how they can ‘construct’ their application, to give the greatest chance of securing a place.
Our recruiters understand how universities manage their recruitment cycles, tactics they use to ensure they recruit quality students, but also achieve their recruitment targets, especially when it comes to international students. Our doctors know what the NHS is looking for in future doctors and what type of person can fit into that workforce seamlessly. We continuously liaise with Deans of medical schools, admissions tutors and current students to keep up to date with subtle changes in recruitment practices, which we have and continue to update in our MSAP course.
We are also keen to work with students once they have enrolled onto the course, by offering bespoke, one to one or group sessions with doctors, medical students and university recruiters.
