Schools and Colleges

We want to work closely with schools and colleges, across the globe, who are preparing students for careers in medicine. We believe working in partnership will help students understand the importance of preparing for their application and, most importantly, give students the best chance to succeed.

We believe potential medical students need to engage with their application at least 18 months before they are due to start their course. Working with schools and colleges directly allows us to target potential students early in order to develop the correct mindset, enabling them to make the best choices of university and understand what medical schools are looking for in them.

Whilst our course is completely ‘stand-alone’, we understand the benefit of having it integrated into a school or college curriculum. We are currently developing materials, aimed at teachers, which may be used in conjunction with the course to enhance the student experience.

We know how tough and stressful it is when thinking about applying for medicine and we appreciate, that many young people struggle with it, especially when all their efforts are concentrated in achieving the best grades that they can. Working with you to deliver our course in the ‘classroom’, can help students talk through the various aspects with other students, in a similar situation, but also with careers counsellors and the wider school faculty.

Whilst we are developing some material that may help, we feel working through the MSAP course in its online form, in a classroom setting, can enhance student engagement especially on topics such as writing a personal statement and preparing for interview.
